๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and scale the reseller partner ecosystem across North America and Latin America. You'll own the strategy, performance, and growth of the reseller channel, driving revenue and partner performance. You'll lead a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize partner impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute reseller strategy across North America and Latin America
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key reseller partners
- Own regional reseller revenue targets and monitor partner performance
- Lead and develop a team of 4-5 partner/account managers
๐ Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in channel sales or reseller partnerships
- Proven experience managing end-to-end reseller models
- Experience leading teams (4-5 reports)
- Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)

- Understanding of GRC
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce
