💼 About This Role

You'll support Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform, troubleshooting production incidents and providing root cause analysis for global customers. You'll work closely with Engineering and DevSecOps teams to resolve IAM and CPAM issues and publish knowledge articles for standard operating procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with end users to explain issues and solutions
• Provide technical analysis and root cause for production incidents
• Publish knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot break-fix issues and resolve within SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience implementing IGA solutions
• Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IAM tools
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and database operations (SQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SSO providers
• Scripting skills in Shell, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
