💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted legal advisor across Model N's legal needs, including technology transactions, privacy, and M&A. You'll drive efficiency through AI tools and legal technology and help scale the legal function to support the company's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements and commercial contracts.
• Leverage AI tools to automate contract lifecycle management.
• Advise cross-functional teams on deal structuring and risk.
• Support M&A due diligence, execution, and integration.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 6–8 years of legal experience for Sr. Corporate Counsel.
• Experience with SaaS and technology transactions.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA privacy laws.
