💼 About This Role

You'll own the in-product voice for Relay's digital banking platform, ensuring a clear and consistent customer experience. You'll partner with Product Marketing and Design to translate value propositions into user-friendly copy. This role is ideal for a strategic technical writer who wants to drive product adoption through exceptional UX communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and refine UI copy for onboarding, tooltips, and error states
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and language
• Identify friction points and improve onboarding and feature discovery
• Build and maintain writing guidelines and content systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical writing, UX writing, or content design
• Strong portfolio of in-product writing demonstrating clarity and impact
• Experience in B2B or fintech environment
• Strategic thinking about language and user behavior
