💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier II/III technical support for classified video teleconferencing and AV systems across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks for US Space Command. Your role ensures uninterrupted secure communications through troubleshooting, system upgrades, and hardware refresh efforts. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks
• Implement system updates and firmware on Crestron, AMX, and Extron platforms
• Provide Tier II/III support for outages, performance degradation, and integration issues
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and end users

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 6+ years advanced experience in engineering and installing VTC/AV systems
• Experience with Crestron and AMX control programming and DSP audio installation
• Active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility

✨ Nice to Have

• Crestron Programmer or Technician Certification
• Extron Control Professional or Network AV Specialist Certification
• Python 3.x proficiency
