Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
2-3 years Financial Services experience preferred; recent graduates considered
Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel
Self-organized with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

Translate documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese
Process institutional and retail client applications
Review and verify proof of identity, proof of address, and other documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for account approval
Ensure regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before account opening
