You'll lead daily operations at a top VR studio, coaching a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while managing shift tasks smoothly. Master proprietary VR tech to troubleshoot on the fly and keep things running.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet guests and guide them through the VR journey from start to finish
• Master proprietary tech to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Open/close store, manage audits, break schedules, and labor spend
• Coach team in real time and train new hires

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year retail or hospitality leadership experience
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 40 lb, and use stairs
• Weekend availability required
• Egoless and coachable with a team-focused attitude

• Experience with VR equipment or point-of-sale systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
