💼 About This Role

You'll join Crusoe to optimize production facilities and serve as the link between design and the factory floor. You'll design efficient plant layouts and drive throughput optimization for modular AI infrastructure. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of AI energy solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and update manufacturing floor layouts for optimal material flow
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Participate in DFMA reviews to simplify assembly and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or SketchUp for plant layouts and fixtures
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Plant Simulation analysis for workflow modeling
• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
• Experience using ERP/MRP software for BOMs and work orders
