You'll partner with HR, IT, and vendors to improve HR systems and processes for Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority. Your work will make HR tools easier and more effective for daily users. This onsite 6-month contract role offers a chance to drive impactful system implementations and support organizational change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support HRIS, payroll, benefits, and performance system implementations
• Test systems, manage data, and coordinate go-live activities
• Create documentation, job aids, and workflows
• Train HR staff, managers, and employees on new tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR systems
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing HR technology
• Working understanding of HR compliance and employment laws
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or housing
• HR or project management certification
• Change management experience
