• Understands content differences across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Can manage content calendars and pull performance reports
• Comfortable drafting reactive posts and briefing content creators
• Skilled in tracking performance metrics and reporting insights

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Dove's social content calendars across TikTok and Instagram
• Schedule and publish content meeting brand guidelines and platform specs
• Write and adapt social copy for each platform, maintaining Dove's tone of voice
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments and messages on-brand
• Track trending topics and flag relevant opportunities for reactive content
