You'll lead tower crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication towers and infrastructure. You'll ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while training team members and coordinating site activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tower crews and direct daily operations on site
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, and cables
• Perform advanced testing including sweep and PIM testing
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years progressive wireless tower construction experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from accredited institution
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Proficient in sweep, fiber, and PIM testing

• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification
• NWSA Certification, Hazcom Certification, RF Safety Certification
