Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure in Washington (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to conduct biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments
• Adept at treating diverse student populations
• Reliable internet and laptop/desktop with video camera

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions (MI, CBT, ACT, DBT)
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers
• Maintain timely clinical records
• Partner with administrative support team for student care
• Manage critical patient scenarios with leadership
