💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales targets and daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as required
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products using approved equipment
