You'll independently negotiate easements for pipeline and infrastructure projects in South Texas. This field-based role requires landowner outreach and closing agreements with minimal ramp time. You'll operate autonomously with no office requirement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and secure right-of-way and easement agreements.
• Conduct direct landowner outreach for pipeline and infrastructure projects.
• Acquire surface agreements, access agreements, and damage settlements.
• Coordinate with survey, engineering, and project management teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Right-of-Way acquisition experience.
• Experience on pipeline or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate and close easements.
• Clear project history in the San Antonio or South Texas region.

• Based in San Antonio area or immediate surrounding counties.
• Strong familiarity with South Texas landowner environments.
