Description

You will perform technical and mechanical functions related to property plant and equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and cost effectiveness for buildings and tenants. Responsibilities include operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and site inspections across multiple assigned properties.

Requirements

• Skilled in technical and mechanical functions related to building plant and equipment
• Ability to travel daily between assigned properties
• Maintain professional appearance and inventory of tools and vehicles
• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of facility systems

Responsibilities

• Comply with EPA, OSHA, ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BMS
• Conduct monthly maintenance inspections and site inspections (roof, mechanical rooms)
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical systems
• Communicate with facility managers, tenants, vendors, and employees
