You'll lead the regulatory affairs function for a fast-growing health and wellness company, overseeing compliance for products, marketing, and operations. You'll translate evolving FDA and FTC regulations into actionable guidance, ensuring scientific substantiation and regulatory excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategic direction of regulatory affairs across product lines
• Oversee review and approval of marketing materials and labels
• Manage product labeling compliance with FDA requirements
• Serve as primary regulatory advisor for executive leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive regulatory affairs in dietary supplement or pharma
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Deep expertise in FDA regulations (21 CFR 111, 101) and FTC guidelines
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree or certification (M.S., Ph.D., RAC, J.D.)
• Experience with Canadian and European dietary supplement regulations
• Prior experience mentoring regulatory professionals
