💼 About This Role

You'll drive the evolution of user experience across AI platform and products at Striveworks. You'll work closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to design user-centered solutions that make sophisticated machine learning workflows intuitive and productive. This role offers a fully remote work environment or hybrid/onsite in Austin, TX.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Own and evolve the design system across product, design, and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in UX design, HCI, or related field and 6+ years of experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strategic impact.
• Deep proficiency with Figma.
• Must be a US person (citizen, national, or Green Card holder).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for data-dense or technical interfaces such as dashboards or developer tools.
• Experience with machine learning or data science concepts.
