💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of planning, design, and execution, taking ADI's residential condominium projects from a pin on a map to shovels in the ground. You'll dig into feasibility analysis, navigate municipal approval processes, and coordinate with stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support land development approvals for residential condominium projects.
• Prepare and coordinate submission packages for municipal review.
• Conduct site analysis including environmental constraints and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and design consultants.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in land development or urban planning in Ontario.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Ontario Planning Act and municipal bylaws.
• Familiarity with condominium development lifecycle and registration.
