💼 About This Role

You'll join a physician-owned practice providing emergency care at a critical access hospital in Southern Illinois. Your core impact will be delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse rural populations while enjoying a high quality of life. Emergency medicine experience and board certification are key to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour emergency care to patients of all ages.
• Work 24-hour shifts in a 7-bed ED with onsite lab and imaging.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and administrators to solve challenges.
• Maintain high standards of care in a critical access hospital setting.

📋 Requirements

• ABEM board certification or board eligibility in emergency medicine.
• Family Medicine/Internal Medicine board certification with demonstrated EM experience.
• ACLS and PALS certification.
• Active medical license in Illinois.
