Description

You'll lead **end-to-end manufacturing operations** within a **battery cell production environment**, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Your work ensures scalable, high-growth manufacturing with Lean principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 7–12+ years in advanced manufacturing environments
• Experience leading a **value stream** or production area
• Strong **Lean / Six Sigma** background

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value stream performance (SQDC)
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee daily operations across battery cell production processes
• Partner with engineering to improve yields and processes
