💼 About This Role

You'll support teachers and ensure student safety and success at Wexford Montessori Academy. You'll build relationships with students and assist with lessons and classroom management. This role is crucial for student support in a diverse urban district.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students
• Support teachers during lessons and engage students
• Ensure safety of students on caseload
• Build relationships with students and parents

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 completed college credits
• Pass the ETS Paraprofessional Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with students in small group and RTI settings
• Understanding of student IEPs
