Description

You will work with world-class ML engineers and research scientists to make self-driving vehicles a reality. You'll be responsible for training, evaluating, and deploying ML models for scene understanding, behavior prediction, and planning for our robotaxi, directly contributing to safe and comfortable driving trajectories.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of common ML and deep learning algorithms
  • Experience designing, training, and analyzing neural networks for motion planning, object detection, sensor fusion, motion prediction, or multi-object tracking
  • Track record of tackling ill-defined problems and delivering successful outcomes
  • Advanced software engineering principles including design, source control, build processes, code reviews, and testing
  • Experience with PyTorch or other Python-based deep learning frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-value experiments based on collaborative input from ML engineers
  • Prototype and implement metrics to evaluate behavioral model performance across scenarios
  • Release major model updates with analysis of off-line and on-road evaluation data
  • Propose new architectures and network designs based on latest literature
  • Maintain high-quality training and evaluation codebase, including dataset generation and evaluation
