🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business by identifying and converting leads
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
