💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical bridge between Support and R&D, tackling complex issues in On-Premise environments. You'll perform deep-dive investigations and implement code fixes in the core product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform root cause analysis on high-level escalations
• Develop and implement bug fixes and hotfixes in C#
• Troubleshoot issues in Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenSearch environments
• Collaborate with Support/SA/CS teams and client stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in backend development (C#)
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and DB troubleshooting
• Fluent English communication skills
