💼 About This Role

You'll design and build scalable backend services for Finch's employment infrastructure API. You'll lead large initiatives spanning multiple teams to expand data integrations and influence engineering strategy. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco or New York City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain services for high-volume data processing
• Lead alignment on strategic initiatives and architectural best practices
• Drive reliability and expansion of integrations
• Manage initiatives from problem definition to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development in high-growth environments
• Track record of delivering large, ambiguous projects
• Experience with mentoring and leveling up engineers
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
