Description

You'll build, automate, and operate the systems that power Ivo's go-to-market engine, architecting the tech stack, deploying AI-powered workflows, and building infrastructure to scale the business to $100M+. You'll own CRM architecture, cross-platform integrations, workflow automation, and data pipes connecting product usage to revenue.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in B2B SaaS GTM operations or revenue technology
• At least 2 years at a high-growth company (Series B-D)
• Deep CRM automation experience at scale
• Strong Salesforce administration (flows, custom objects, governance)
• Strong SQL for production queries and dashboard design (Looker or equivalent)
• Ability to ship code fast with AI copilots (Claude, Cursor)
• Cross-functional communication bridging engineers and sales leaders
• Obsession with automation and eliminating manual work

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate the full GTM tech stack
• Deploy AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual GTM tasks
• Own CRM architecture, cross-platform integrations, and workflow automation
• Build data pipelines connecting product usage to revenue
• Build usage-based pricing infrastructure (metering, triggers, consumption forecasting)
• Partner with Deal Desk to automate contract operations
• Ensure data accuracy and trust across GTM systems
