You'll manage renewal of customer maintenance contracts and drive revenue bookings in your assigned territory. This role focuses on customer retention and upselling to premium services. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure the best customer experience.
π― What You'll Do
- Overachieve quota tied to territory Renewal and Expansion goals.
- Manage annual pipeline by reaching out to customers before support expiration.
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate contracts.
- Accurately forecast and share business insights cross-functionally.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent experience).
- English advanced proficiency.
- Hebrew advanced proficiency.
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas and KPIs.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise-level accounts and complex configurations.
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
- Understanding of technology products.
