You'll manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, user access, and SaaS tools for a self-funded AI company. Your work will ensure a secure and efficient work environment across global offices. This role offers relocation support to Lisbon and a chance to scale operations using cloud-based IT systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS and cloud services.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management.
• Implement and enforce IT security best practices and policies.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems administration.
• Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM).

• Experience with IT automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models.
• Understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2).
