You'll ensure regulatory adherence for CVM 175 and ANBIMA codes while acting as technical reference in fund governance. Your work will mitigate risks and support audits in a leading financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure adherence to CVM 175 and ANBIMA codes throughout fund lifecycle.
• Conduct compliance analysis and due diligence of fund service providers.
• Perform compliance testing and validate internal controls.
• Participate in senior committees presenting technical analyses.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years compliance experience in Asset Management or Fiduciary Administration.
• Superior complete education (preferably Law).
• Advanced Excel mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of CVM 175, ANBIMA codes, fund classes, PLDFT, and LGPD.
