💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the data infrastructure that powers Parloa's internal AI transformation, creating a unified access layer for AI agents and teams. Your work will directly enable AI adoption measurement and business impact tracking across the company. This role offers the chance to shape the foundation of enterprise-grade conversational AI at a well-funded, rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own internal Databricks workspace configuration, compute, and cost management.
• Build and maintain Airbyte pipelines from Salesforce, Gong, HRIS, and finance systems.
• Implement data modeling architecture for clean, trusted, analysis-ready datasets.
• Define KPIs and dashboards tracking AI adoption and business impact.

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing data layers for AI/LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and modern data warehouse technologies.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-engineering audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of AI data consumption patterns (context windows, retrieval, embeddings).
• Experience with MLOps and data governance (GDPR/DPA).
• Familiarity with AI adoption KPI instrumentation.
