🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate site contracts and budgets.
• Establish contract management processes and procedures.
• Escalate and resolve complex contract issues.
• Track contract metrics and report status to study teams.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in scientific/healthcare field
• 5+ years of CRO experience
• 7+ years drafting and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields, or business administration
• Experience setting up Contracting Plans for budget negotiations
• Experience with Kick-Off Meetings and Bid Defense Meetings
