You'll lead cooking classes and support the culinary program at a Sur La Table store. You'll drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a high-performing team. This role combines culinary expertise with business acumen to inspire customers through food.

- Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations.
- Ensure outstanding cooking class experience by following recipes and game plans.
- Analyze key performance metrics daily to optimize store performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control culinary expenses.
๐ Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
- Valid Food Manager Certification.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems.
