You'll engage with Esri's HR organization as a Sr. Business Analyst, supporting business intelligence needs through data visualization and requirements gathering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Produce project artifacts like use cases and data models.
• Analyze and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Collaborate to define requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting HR business intelligence.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing HR information products.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucid charts, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
