💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of 80-150 customer accounts, driving retention and value through digital-first engagement and strategic touchpoints. You'll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal execution, using automation and targeted campaigns. This role offers autonomy to solve complex situations and contribute to program improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage 80-150 accounts through digital-first engagement and strategic touchpoints.
  • Execute complex renewals including multi-product negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Monitor health metrics and design targeted campaigns and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior peers.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven customer success or account management experience in a scaled environment.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across multiple channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and CS platforms (Gainsight preferred).
  • Experience with SaaS or digital analytics tools (Heap, Contentsquare, Hotjar).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience executing renewals or in a renewals/sales capacity.
  • Track record of creating digital customer engagement campaigns.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish).
