💼 About This Role

You'll operate high-speed packaging machinery for Nature's Bakery at our Salt Lake City plant. Your work ensures quality control and meeting daily production timelines. This role offers a Step Up Program to advance to Operator 2 with a pay increase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate high-speed packaging machinery.
• Inspect final product, boxes, and seals for quality.
• Use ERP systems for material movements and tracking.
• Perform minor equipment changeovers and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Lift products/totes up to 50 lbs.
• No jewelry, fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish permitted.
• Ability to achieve Operator 2 status within 90–120 days.
