💼 About This Role

You'll lead global accounting operations for a high-growth SaaS company preparing for IPO readiness. You'll drive SOX compliance, audit preparedness, and scalability while partnering with FP&A and Legal. This role offers the opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure of a company entering the public market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale multi-regional accounting, revenue, payroll, and billing teams.
• Drive IPO readiness including SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee technical accounting for ASC 606 and complex revenue arrangements.
• Manage global tax structure, audits, and external auditor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth SaaS.
• Public company experience or leadership through IPO preparation.
• Deep expertise in revenue accounting for SaaS businesses.
• Experience leading SOX implementation and public-company-ready controls.
