Description

You will optimize and complete customer data sets via outbound calls, support customers with data entry to help them find the best loan, and forward inquiries to credit specialists. You'll contribute to process improvements and quality management, using modern communication tools and digital closing solutions.

Requirements

• First professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally over the phone (sales, sales)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
• Native-level German language skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Reliable, independent, with good time management and team spirit
