• Manage Fortune 500 customer portfolios through full lifecycle
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews aligned to KPIs and ROI
• Lead technical support and ensure system performance optimization
• Build and scale Customer Success frameworks and processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles
• Fortune 500 account management experience
• Experience in robotics or AI/vision systems
• Leadership of technical support teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in robotic picking or machine vision
• Experience scaling Customer Success in high-growth startups
• Familiarity with Robotics-as-a-Service models
