You will drive market penetration by building relationships with clinical partners, patients, and providers in the Bismarck, ND area. You'll develop go-to-market strategies, lead meetings, and provide resources to support mental health treatment access, directly impacting community care.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bismarck, ND
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
