💼 About This Role

You'll own the GTM financial model and drive strategic insights for a high-growth SaaS company. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate data into decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and refine the company's GTM financial model.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting with KPI dashboards.
• Partner with GTM leaders on capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Model and oversee monthly commission calculations.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or SaaS finance.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern FP&A tools.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with commission tools.
• SQL or Snowflake proficiency.
• Experience working with SaaS portfolio companies.
