💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical leadership across DevOps teams at Aura, shaping cloud-native solutions and AI/ML infrastructure. You will define the technical vision and drive operational excellence for a rapidly growing platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and IaC
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to boost engineering productivity
• Engineer robust platforms for data-intensive and AI/ML workloads
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with 2+ years leading teams
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes including networking, security, and cluster operations
• Hands-on experience with Pulumi (or equivalent IaC) and a major cloud provider
• Strong CI/CD expertise with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD

• Experience building infrastructure for AI/ML workloads
• Familiarity with streaming and data platforms like Kafka, Spark, or Airflow
• Contributions to open-source DevOps or infrastructure projects
