💼 About This Role

You'll drive daily execution on the factory floor, coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to meet production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. You'll be hands-on, resolving issues in real time and stepping onto the line to keep builds on track.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example to maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate resources to meet schedules
• Monitor production flow and track progress on priority work orders
• Assist with troubleshooting quality, equipment, or process issues

📋 Requirements

• AS degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma/GED required)
• 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience in assembly or production (robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics preferred)
