💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier 2 and 3 support for computer workstations, servers, and peripherals while supporting critical national security infrastructure. You'll conduct site surveys, install hardware, and train personnel. This role offers the chance to work on mission-essential systems for federal clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and configure computer workstations, servers, and peripherals.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support.
• Conduct site surveys and document configuration changes.
• Train site personnel on proper use of hardware.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma plus 2-4 years of experience or technical degree plus 2 years.
• Security+ certification (CWIP compliant).
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and drive company vehicle.
