You'll support the VA's EHR deployment and training project by deploying, imaging, and setting up computer equipment on-site. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Image and configure Windows computers for VA deployments
• Set up and install IT equipment across campus locations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site
• Repackage and ship equipment for offsite training sites

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds
• Personal transportation available during work hours
• HS diploma/GED and 8 years professional experience or bachelor's in IT/CS/EE/IS and 1 year experience

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow ticketing system experience
• VA Public Trust clearance
• Microsoft Windows desktop deployment experience
