💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution and improvement of BJAK's compensation and benefits programs. You will conduct compensation benchmarking and administer employee benefits for a growing organization. This role is hands-on and detail-driven.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support design and maintenance of salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
• Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with providers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in compensation & benefits or HR with strong C&B exposure.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and statutory contributions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.

• Experience with regional or international compensation frameworks.
