Description

You will take ownership of finance operations across the DACH region, managing accounting records, financial reporting, payroll, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with internal and local regulations. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and German
• Qualified Bilanzbuchhalter preferred
• Previous experience with multi-currency systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for Germany and Switzerland branches
• Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
• Set and monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll for Austria, Germany, Switzerland
• Maintain monthly revenue/expense forecasts and annual budgets
