🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy for communications and work order platforms
• Manage vendor relationships with Bandwidth and Twilio
• Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across complex workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams to ship reliable, scalable systems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning technically complex platforms
• Strong judgment and prioritization under real-world constraints
• Technical fluency with engineering integrations and migrations
