💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives for Mitratech's ATS platform within the HR Solutions division. Your core impact will be removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum across two scrum teams. This role offers the chance to work with leading-edge technologies in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
• Manage and continuously refine the product backlog
• Remove blockers and proactively address risks to delivery momentum

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product ownership in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or product initiatives
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HR technology or ATS platforms
• Understanding of hiring lifecycle challenges
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Productboard
