💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end IT projects, designing scalable systems for device management, identity, and SaaS platforms. You'll optimize infrastructure using JAMF and Okta to support a high-velocity environment. This role combines deep technical ownership with cross-functional collaboration to improve the employee experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects from requirements to rollout.
• Design scalable systems for device management, identity, and SaaS.
• Manage MDM for macOS/iOS devices using JAMF.
• Administer Okta identity and access management workflows.
• Build automation to streamline IT operations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing macOS/iOS devices with JAMF or similar.
• 4+ years administering Okta including lifecycle management.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Experience working with AWS services including EC2 and S3.

• Experience leading technical projects with minimal oversight.
• Designing IT systems that scale across a growing organization.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
