💼 About This Role

You'll perform mechanical repair and maintenance on Mainspring Linear Generators at customer sites. You'll ensure system uptime and availability for deployed units. This role offers training in Menlo Park and growth opportunities with pre-IPO stock.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical repair and maintenance on generator components
• Collaborate with engineers to fix and redesign assemblies
• Conduct mechanical inspections and document conditions
• Work rotational on-call shifts per schedule

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly and/or repair experience
• Proficiency with precision measuring down to .001"
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license

• Experience with automotive, aviation, or heavy equipment
• Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Google Workspace knowledge
